Manual Exit Behavior with Exit Shorts First

When Exit Shorts First is enabled in Advanced Settings, manual exit follows leg-wise execution instead of exiting all legs immediately.

Key Behavior

• On clicking Exit Strategy manually, the short leg exits first
• The remaining leg exits based on the configured Advanced Settings
• Until all legs are exited, the strategy stays in Exit Pending mode

Example

Example Scenario

• Exit Shorts First → Enabled
• Take Trades – Start Condition Check After Exchange Open → 1 hour
• Manual exit clicked at 9:15 AM

Result:

• Short leg exits immediately at 9:15 AM
• Buy leg exits at 10:15 AM
• Strategy remains in Exit Pending mode till 10:15 AM
