Tradetron Import & Export Feature

This Import & Export feature enables users to seamlessly transfer strategy templates from one account to another. Instead of recreating strategies manually, traders can export a strategy from one account and import it into another with just a few clicks.
The feature supports the migration of strategy conditions, advanced settings, and Python code, helping users maintain consistency across accounts while saving significant setup time. This is especially useful for traders managing multiple accounts, teams collaborating on strategies, or developers distributing strategy templates.

How to Use the Import & Export Feature

Step 1: Navigate to Create → Advanced.
Step 2: Choose Export if you want to transfer a strategy from your current Tradetron account to another account.
Step 3: Download the exported strategy file.
Step 4: Log in to the target Tradetron account and go to Create → Advanced.
Step 5: Select Import and upload the downloaded strategy file.
Step 6: Review the imported strategy and save it. All supported conditions, advanced settings, position builders, and Python code will be imported automatically.
