We offer separate plans for separate exchanges. Ensure to select the appropriate exchange when making payments

Choosing the Right Plan

Tradetron offers subscription plans across multiple exchange segments. When selecting a plan, you first choose your exchange set and then pick the plan tier that fits your trading needs.


Exchange Sets Available


Tradetron supports the following exchange sets under Indian market plans:

  • India — NSE, NFO, BFO
  • India — MCX
  • India — DELTA, DELTAINDIA
  • India — COINDCX
  • India — COINSWITCH
  • India — ZEBPAY

Each exchange set has its own separate plan. If you trade across multiple exchange sets, you will need to purchase a plan for each one independently. Plans are not shared or interchangeable across exchange sets.


Billing Cycles


All plans are available in three billing cycles:

  • Monthly — standard pricing
  • Quarterly — saves 7% compared to monthly
  • Yearly — saves 17% compared to monthly


India — NSE, NFO, BFO Plan Tiers (Monthly Pricing)


Free — ₹0 A starting point to explore the platform. You can create up to 10 private strategies, deploy 1 algo strategy, and 1 stockbag. Paper trading is available but live auto executions are not. Trade notifications are not included on the free plan.

Starter — ₹300/month Unlocks live auto executions and full trade notifications. You can deploy 1 algo strategy and 1 stockbag, with unlimited private strategy creation.

Retail — ₹1200/month Suitable for active traders. Supports 5 algo strategy deployments and 2 stockbag deployments, along with unlimited private strategies and all notification channels.

Retail+ — ₹2500/month (Best Value) The most recommended plan for serious traders. Supports 12 algo deployments and 4 stockbag deployments, with all features included.

Creator — ₹5000/month Designed for strategy creators who publish on the marketplace. Supports 25 algo deployments, 8 stockbag deployments, and up to 5 strategies listed on the marketplace.

Creator+ — ₹9000/month The highest tier for India NSE/NFO/BFO. Supports 50 algo deployments, 16 stockbag deployments, and up to 10 strategies on the marketplace.


India — MCX and Other Exchange Sets


MCX and other exchange sets have their own plan tiers and pricing. You can view segment-specific plans directly on the pricing page at https://tradetron.tech/user/pricing by selecting the relevant exchange set from the dropdown.


US Plans (USD Pricing)


Tradetron offers a separate plan structure for international users priced in USD. The plan tiers follow a similar structure to the India plans.

Free — $0 Allows up to 10 private strategies, 1 algo deployment, 1 stockbag deployment, and paper trading. Live auto executions are not available.

Starter — $15/month Unlocks live auto executions and full trade notifications. Supports 1 algo deployment and 1 stockbag deployment with unlimited private strategy creation.

Retail — $50/month (Best Value) Supports 5 algo deployments and 2 stockbag deployments. Includes live auto executions, unlimited private strategies, and notifications via Email, SMS, and Phone call. Allows up to 2 strategies on the marketplace.

Retail+ — $100/month Supports 12 algo deployments and 4 stockbag deployments. Includes all Retail features with up to 3 strategies on the marketplace.

Creator — $300/month Supports 25 algo deployments and 8 stockbag deployments with up to 5 strategies on the marketplace.

Trade Execution Notifications


All paid plans include trade execution notifications via Email, SMS, and Phone call. Please note that WhatsApp notifications are no longer supported on Tradetron. If you previously used WhatsApp for alerts, please configure your notification preferences to use the available channels instead.


Important — Paper Trade Deployments Use a Slot


This is something many users miss. A paper trade deployment consumes one deployment slot, just like a live deployment does.

If you are on the Free plan, which allows only 1 deployment slot, you can only deploy 1 paper trade. You cannot run 2 paper trades simultaneously on the free plan. Keep this in mind when planning your deployments, especially if you are testing strategies alongside live ones.


Do I Need Separate Plans for NSE and MCX?


Yes. NSE/NFO/BFO and MCX are separate exchange sets. A plan purchased for one does not cover the other. If you trade on both, you need to purchase a plan for each independently.


Plan Upgrade Policy


You can upgrade your plan at any time. Here is exactly how it works.

Step 1 — Buy the new plan first. No adjustment is processed until the new plan is purchased.

Step 2 — Your remaining value is adjusted based on your original payment method.


If You Paid via Direct Cash (UPI / Net Banking / Credit Card)


  • If your plan was purchased less than 6 months ago, the remaining value from your old plan is automatically transferred back to your original payment source. No manual calculation is needed on your end.
  • If your plan was purchased more than 6 months ago, the automatic refund to the payment source is not applicable. In this case, raise a request with Tradetron support and the remaining value will be adjusted by adding days to your new plan instead.

If the refund does not appear even though the system shows it as processed, raise a request through Tradetron support.


If You Paid via Wallet, Coupon, or a Combination

An automatic adjustment is not processed in these cases. You will need to raise a request with Tradetron support to get the remaining value adjusted. The support team will calculate the remaining value and add the equivalent number of days to your new plan.


How the day calculation works:

  1. Calculate the per-day cost of your current plan based on what you actually paid.
  2. Multiply that by the number of days remaining to get the remaining value.
  3. Divide the remaining value by the per-day cost of the new plan.
  4. The result is the number of days added to your new plan.


Formula: Number of Days Added = Remaining Amount in Current Plan ÷ Per-Day Cost of New Plan


Example:

  • Current plan: Retail, ₹3400 for 90 days
  • Per-day cost: ₹37.77
  • Upgraded on day 31, so 59 days remain
  • Remaining value: 59 × ₹37.77 = ₹2,228.43
  • New plan: Creator+, ₹1,50,000 for 366 days, per-day cost ₹410
  • Days added: ₹2,228.43 ÷ ₹410 = 5 days added to Creator+


Special Note — Plans Purchased at a Discounted Price

If your current plan was purchased at a discounted price, the per-day cost is calculated based on the amount you actually paid, not the original plan price. The discount does not carry forward into the new plan. Only the monetary value remaining is adjusted.

Similarly, if your plan came with a free bonus month, the per-day cost is calculated based on the standard plan duration, not the extended period.


Refund & Cancellation Policy


Tradetron follows a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

  • Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • The plan remains active until its expiry date regardless of usage.
  • You cannot purchase a new plan while your current plan is still active, unless you are upgrading.
  • Plans older than 6 months cannot be refunded and can only be adjusted by adding days to a new plan.
  • Backtests purchased at a discounted price expire when the plan expires and are non-refundable.
  • Stockbag follows the same plan rules as algo strategy deployments.
  • Plans can only be upgraded, not downgraded. Downgrading your current subscription cannot be done. You will have to wait for the subscription to expire. Then, once this is done, you can resubscribe to the Tradetron subscription of your choice.

What If I Bought the Wrong Plan by Mistake?


This is one of the most common situations we see. Here is the correct path forward:

Purchase the correct plan first. This is mandatory before any adjustment can be processed. Once you have purchased the correct plan, contact Tradetron support. The team will adjust the remaining days from the wrong plan into your newly purchased correct plan.

This policy applies only if you reach out to support within 7 days of the wrong purchase. If you come to support after a significant amount of time has passed since the purchase, the wrong plan transfer cannot be processed as it falls outside the window for rectification.

Important: There is no general plan transfer policy on Tradetron. If a user purchased a plan some time ago and later wants to transfer its remaining validity to a different plan, that request will not be processed by support. Plan transfers are only considered in the specific case of a clearly wrong purchase reported promptly. Requests to shift older plan validity to a different plan for any other reason are not entertained and are against platform policy.


Why Can't I Transfer Wallet Balance a Second Time After Using It to Buy a Plan?

When money is added to your Tradetron wallet, GST is already accounted for at that point. Once that wallet balance is used to purchase a plan, the amount is consumed as part of that transaction and cannot be transferred back to the wallet again.

If an adjustment is needed due to a wrong plan purchase, it is handled by adding equivalent days to the new plan rather than returning the amount to the wallet. This is a platform-level policy related to how wallet transactions and tax treatment work on the system.


Quick Reference — Common Plan Questions


  • Can I cancel my plan mid-way? No. Plans are non-cancellable once purchased.
  • Can I downgrade my plan? No. Tradetron does not support plan downgrades.
  • Can I buy a new plan before my current one expires? Only if you are upgrading to a higher plan. You cannot buy the same plan or a lower plan while your current plan is active.
  • I bought the wrong exchange plan. What do I do? Purchase the correct plan first within 1 to 2 days of the wrong purchase, then contact support. The remaining days from the wrong plan will be adjusted into your correct plan.
  • Can I transfer an old plan's remaining validity to a different plan? No. There is no plan transfer policy on Tradetron. This request will not be processed by support.
  • Does a paper trade deployment use a deployment slot? Yes. Every paper trade deployment consumes one slot from your plan's deployment limit.
  • Do backtests expire with the plan? Yes. Backtests purchased at discounted plan pricing expire when the plan expires.
  • I bought my plan at a discount. Will the discount apply when I upgrade? No. When upgrading, the remaining days adjustment is calculated based on the amount you actually paid. The discount itself does not transfer to the new plan.
  • Does WhatsApp notification still work? No. WhatsApp notifications are no longer supported. Notifications are available via Email, SMS, and Phone call on paid plans.
